Bob served as the President of the Houston InfraGard Members Alliance, and as a Director on the National Board of InfraGard.  He has been active in protecting critical infrastructure since 2001.

Content Marketing Lead for Cowbell, a growth-stage startup and already the leading provider of adaptive cyber insurance. In this role, she manages creation and distribution of client-facing content as well as strategic partnerships with the public sector. Previously, she was the Director of Outreach and Analytics for the Cyber Readiness Institute.

Information Security & Financial Services Sector expert with over 15 years of experience. Sergio also serves as the District 2 Director for the Texas Bankers Association Technology Committee and the 2024 Communications Director for Alamo ISSA. Sergio is an FBI Citizens Academy graduate of 2023 and a mentor for Cyber Patriot. 2025 InfraGard Sector Chief. 

Jason is an Integrated Security Analyst at CPS Energy, specializing in Physical and Cybersecurity, with a focus on critical infrastructure protection. With 27 years of law enforcement experience, including 22 years at the San Antonio Police Department and 9 years as an Intelligence Officer at the Southwest Texas Fusion Center, Jason is also CPS Energy’s Law Enforcement Liaison and Fusion Liaison Officer. Jason earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Wayland Baptist University and continues to serve the public in his current role.

​the Chief Security Officer (CSO) and Director of the Alamo Regional Security Operations Center (ARSOC) for the City of San Antonio. Responsibilities include cyber, data, application and facility physical security systems.  Retired Naval Officer with 18 years in Federal, DOD and Commercial Information/Cyber and Physical Security consulting and management. In the private sector she served as Operations Manager responsible for over 150 security engineers and analyst including a 24x7 Security Operations Center as well as Director of IT Security for a FORTUNE 500® scientific, engineering, and technology company. Served as Director of Information Security Assurance at Methodist Healthcare System in San Antonio. Graduate of the University of South Carolina and earned her master’s degree in computer science from the Naval Post Graduate School.

Mr. Mel McMurtry is a highly accomplished intelligence and security professional with more than 35 years of experience in counterterrorism, counterintelligence, cybersecurity, and law enforcement support. He currently serves as a Senior Program Manager at Kratos Defense Solutions and as a Security Consultant with Sheepdog Advisory Group, where he provides strategic leadership in security operations, program management, and intelligence-driven decision support.

Previously, Mr. McMurtry held key positions at Raytheon Technologies and ICR Inc., contributing to team development, technical innovation, and secure communications advancement. His distinguished federal career includes senior leadership roles at the National Security Agency (NSA), where he served as Liaison Officer to the FBI and DHS, and as Technical Director for Signals Analysis and Chief of the Interactive Operations Division, supporting national-level cyber operations.

A retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer and former U.S. Air Force Communications Analyst, Mr. McMurtry’s military and civilian service has spanned global assignments and critical national defense missions. Since retiring from active duty, he has continued to strengthen U.S. cybersecurity and intelligence initiatives, leveraging his leadership and technical expertise to protect national interests and enhance interagency collaboration.
