Bob Janusaitis is a cybersecurity and public safety executive with more than 40 years of experience in cybersecurity, information technology, governance, critical infrastructure protection, emergency management, and continuity of operations. He is the Founder and General Manager of EMSCyber360, a consulting firm dedicated to helping Emergency Medical Services (EMS), fire departments, and Emergency Services Districts strengthen cybersecurity, governance, compliance, and operational resilience.

Jason is an Integrated Security Analyst at CPS Energy, specializing in Physical and Cybersecurity, with a focus on critical infrastructure protection. With 27 years of law enforcement experience, including 22 years at the San Antonio Police Department and 9 years as an Intelligence Officer at the Southwest Texas Fusion Center, Jason is also CPS Energy’s Law Enforcement Liaison and Fusion Liaison Officer. Jason earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Wayland Baptist University and continues to serve the public in his current role..

Mr. Mel McMurtry is a highly accomplished intelligence and security professional with more than 35 years of experience in counterterrorism, counterintelligence, cybersecurity, and law enforcement support.
He currently serves as a Senior Program Manager at Kratos Defense Solutions and as a Security Consultant with Sheepdog Advisory Group, where he provides strategic leadership in security operations, program management, and intelligence-driven decision support.

Mike Pond has spent his career at the intersection of cybersecurity and national resilience. As a former Cyber Exercise Manager at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), he designed and directed large-scale national cybersecurity exercises and crisis simulations that prepared critical infrastructure owners, government agencies, and international partners to defend against high-stakes cyber threats. His work contributed directly to how federal agencies and infrastructure operators plan, rehearse, and respond to cyber incidents at scale

Sergio Castrejon is a cybersecurity professional that specializes in cybersecurity operations, incident response, vulnerability management, compliance, and risk mitigation. Sergio has held leadership positions with Alamo ISSA and the Texas Bankers Association. A graduate of the FBI Citizens Academy and holder of multiple cybersecurity certifications, he is committed to strengthening collaboration between the public and private sectors to protect critical infrastructure and enhance cybersecurity resilience.

Jacobus “Jake” Vollebregt is an attorney with Dykema Gossett PLLC, where he serves as Senior Counsel in the Corporate Finance Practice Group and Business Services Department. He represents corporate clients across the finance, technology, real estate, education, healthcare, and critical infrastructure sectors.
