Bob Janusaitis
President
Bob Janusaitis is a cybersecurity and public safety executive with more than 40 years of experience in cybersecurity, information technology, governance, critical infrastructure protection, emergency management, and continuity of operations. He is the Founder and General Manager of EMSCyber360, a consulting firm dedicated to helping Emergency Medical Services (EMS), fire departments, and Emergency Services Districts strengthen cybersecurity, governance, compliance, and operational resilience.
Bob currently serves as President of the San Antonio InfraGard Members Alliance, a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the private sector focused on protecting the nation's critical infrastructure. He previously served as President of the Houston InfraGard Members Alliance and as a Director on the National InfraGard Board. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with government agencies, healthcare organizations, emergency responders, and private-sector partners to improve cybersecurity and critical infrastructure resilience.
In January 2024, Bob was appointed to the Board of Commissioners of Comal County Emergency Services District No. 2, where he currently serves as President. ESD No. 2 provides Advanced Life Support Emergency Medical Services to the Canyon Lake area of the Texas Hill Country. He also serves as President of Canyon Lake Fire/EMS, Inc., a nonprofit organization supporting emergency services within the district.
Bob serves on the Board of Directors of the State Association of Fire and Emergency Districts (SAFE-D) and chairs its Research and Technology Committee. He is also a member of the National Health Sector Coordinating Council Cybersecurity Working Group, contributing to national efforts addressing cybersecurity risks affecting healthcare and emergency medical services.
He holds professional certifications including CISA, CISM, CRISC, and CBCP. Bob earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Merrimack College, a Certificate in Homeland Security, and a Master of Public Service and Administration from the Texas A&M University Bush School of Government and Public Service.
